What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. If you request another page from the same website, your browser will send the cookie back to the server.
Cookies are very useful, they allow websites to remember information about the user. This information helps the website to provide some useful features to the user, such as:
- Remembering the user, so that they don’t have to login multiple times throughout the site
- Remembering some form values, to help the user auto-fill information about the user
- Remembering the user’s preferences, so that the user has an improved experience whilst using the site and there is no need to ask the for the same information more than once

How to manage the cookies?
You can set your browser to not accept cookies. A lot of information available online that explains how to view, disable or remove cookies from your internet browser. However, in some cases, some of the website features may not function as a result.
