Emergency repairs are required where there is a danger to life, a safety hazard or potential for more extensive damage to the property. Our aim is to respond within 2 hours of notification of the problem and our first priority will be to remove any hazard. We then aim to restore services such as water and power and complete the repair within 24 hours, availability of parts permitting.
An emergency repair includes no water, total power failure, burst internal pipes or securing the lock on a main door. For a full list of all emergency repairs please look at your tenant’s handbook.
